Cylindrical (Dowel) Pins are used either to retain parts in a fixed position or to preserve alignment. Cylindrical (Dowel) pin soft are manufactured to IS : 2393, DIN - 7, ISO : 2338 for metric series and B5 : 1804 for inch series. Our range of manufacturing is 2 mm to 25 mm in diameter and 5 mm to 150 mm in length, a few of them are illustrated as follows:

Type A, B, C & D are recommended for un - hardened and are made from C-40 (EN-8) material. Type E is for hardened from silver steel (EN-31) material. Hardened Dowel Pin are manufactured to IS : 6689, DIN - 6325, ISO : 8734 for metric series and B5 : 1804 for inch series. Internal Threaded Cylindrical (Dowel) Pin Soft are for easy extraction from blind holes. They are manufactured in soft condition from C - 40 (EN -8) material. Internal Threaded Cylindrical (Dowel) Pin Hard are manufactured from case hardened alloy steel or as per buyer requirement. Airvent is provided for easy entry. Our range of manufacturing for Internal Threaded Cylindrical Pin is 6 mm to 25 mm in diameter and 25 mm to 100 mm in diameter in length.
